We recently are trying to gain some control over our website and it is more difficult than imagineable.  Please bear with us or go to our facebook page -


We slaughtered our first Wagyu/Angus steers. They were not summer fat, but the meat is more subtly flavored because the fat is different: less solid, lighter fat. The stews we've made are TENDER like never before.  The steaks are "soft" compared with the Angus.

Calves are coming in nicely.

Thank you for your patience.  The herd is doing fine.  It's just this indoor computer thing that is messed up.
